A: 1.You need to clarify the tool you are planning to use this with.
These bits were designed to be used in a 1/4" hex drive impact driver tool.they are not designed to be used with an impact gun.
the will not holdup to the abuse of an regular impact gun.
1/4" Hex Shank. Use in Drills or Impact Drivers ,says nothing about being ok to use these with an impact gun. There is a big difference in torque and power in impact driver vs impact gun.

A: It is 135, it is what they call a quad edge. I use these because the quad edge makes it easy to get the bit centered and started accurately. They cut exceptionally well. I have since purchased a full set of these bits.

A: Probably not, It depends on the hardness level. Not sure what a looper is. Are you sure it's hardened? If it is, you need to get a carbide drill bit.
