A:  this product is recommended for 12 ga. stainless and 10 ga. mild steel

A:  Max gauge is 10 ga. 10 ga=9/64”. 11 ga=1/8”, so yes, according to its max thickness, it should be able to knock out through 1/8” mild steel.

A:  Yes it will it works great I have a greenlee hydraulic punch and I prefer this one

A:  Yes, easy.

A:  The Greenlee 3/8" stud for the 1/2" k/o is a lot smaller then the draw stud for the Milwaukee 1/2" k/o draw stud. The Milwaukee 3/4" draw stud is the same thread as the Greenlee 3/4" draw stud and will thread the green lee 3/4" to 2" dies. The only challenge is cutting stainless, and thick mild steel (10 gauge) , it seems the Green Lee punches and dies can not handle to 10 tons of force the Milwaukee tool puts out. We got a few knock outs cut (using the green lee 2" die) and then the die started warping. The Milwaukee punches and dies are physically thicker and seem to hold up to the full pulling force of the Milwaukee unit.

A:  You can buy the replacement dies from Milwaukee. I haven't tried to use the greenlee dies but they will probably work

A:  yes, dies that come with it are great quality though. Have never tried to buy a single replacement but you can buy them. go to Milwaukee website and they will link you to all distributors.
