A:  If the surface is cleaned well and our Metacrylics Acrylic Roof &Tile Primer is used to ensure adhesion I would see no reason why our Acrylic Gel would not work over this surface. You might be better off using our Acrylic CLEAR GEL if the Polycarbonate is also clear. Our Roof & Tile Primer will apply white but once dry it will dry completely clear.

A:  Yes, the Acrylic Gel is used as a permanent leak repair solution. Along with this Gel you would also use the Polyester fabric and apply both products in a 3-coursing application. First you apply the Gel, then proceed to immediately embed the polyester fabric into the Wet gel application. Then right after embedding fabric you apply more Gel over the fabric to saturate and encapsulate the fabric. Gel => Fabric => Gel

A:  This is usually used in a LINEAR FOOTAGE situation and not in larger areas needing to be sealed or waterproofed. This product is generally applied via a paint brush, rubber glove or trowel. So this is not a roller applied type product.
