A:  Hi! We currently do not offer any bullnose trims that would directly coordinate with our Twist Square Orange Sunset, however we do offer a coordinating pencil trim which may suit your needs here: https://thd.co/32vk2HY. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652.

A:  Not that I could find. I just used the orange for accent and used a beige color tile as the main color. That way I didn't need the orange bullnoses.

A:  Hi debug, Our Twist Square Red Cherry is currently sold as individual tiles, which cover 0.1 square feet per tile. We do not currently offer this tile to be sold as a full case. If you were looking to order these by the master carton, you would need to order 90 tiles. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652. Hope this helps!

Q:Can this be used as a shower floor tile? How thick is it?

                      Answer This Question

A:  I measured from my kitchen backsplash: The tile itself is 1/6" thick, and the glaze over it makes additional 1/12". I do not know if it is used for a floor. The tile surface is not perfectly flat (which I liked it for my project).

                      by|Nov 21, 2018

A:  Yes, this product can be used for shower flooring.

                        by|Nov 22, 2018

A:  It's thick enough but it has a glossy/slick surface. You should be better off using Textured tile like 12 by 12 mosaic tiles.

A:  Hi Benjamin, Our Twist Square White Ice has a PEI rating of 0, which means that this tile is intended for wall use only and can scratch easily with foot traffic. You can find this and other applicable information, such as tile thickness, in the “Product Overview” section and the “Specifications” section below! We can offer a few shower floor suggestions, but ultimately it would be up to you to determine if these work for your installation. Our first suggestion would be our Piano White https://thd.co/2BlN7tU. This tile is quite a bit larger than our Twist Square White Ice, but this can be cut down to size using a wet saw with a diamond tipped blade. While this can be used on a shower floor, keep in mind that this does not have a high slip resistance rating and does not meet the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Guidelines for slip resistance. If there are small children or elderly adults using this shower, you might want to choose a tile that has a higher slip resistance. If this is not an area for concern, the glazed surface is chemical resistant and approved for shower floor usage. Our next suggestion would be our Twenties White https://thd.co/2G0dk1d. This is slightly larger than Twist Square White Ice, and it’s matte, whereas Twist is glossy. This tile has a DCOF (Dynamic Coefficient of Friction) rating of 0.42. To be considered slip resistant for DCOF, a tile must meet or exceed the required rating of 0.42. All DCOF means is how slip resistant a tile floor is; the higher the value, the more slip resistant the tile is considered. Our last suggestion would be our Metro Quad Matte White mosaic https://thd.co/2DCFlgK. This mosaic is slightly smaller than Twist, and it comes on a mesh backing. This mosaic has a C.O.F. (Coefficient of Friction) rating of 0.6 to 0.79 which makes this compliant with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines for slip resistance. All C.O.F. means is how slip resistant a tile floor is; the higher the value, the more slip resistant the tile is. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652. Hope this helps!

A:  I wouldn't use these underfoot in a shower area because they have a shiny, smooth finish and I'm sure they would be slippery.... I would recommend a matte finish tile.. I suppose you could put down a non-slip rubber or similar tub mat but what would be the point? I used mine to finish the top of a worn wooden shelf in my bathroom and they are a really good value! Be safe!

                                Answer This Question

A:  Hi Charline, For a space that covers 50 square feet, you will need to purchase a minimum of 500 pieces as each piece covers 0.1 square feet. This does not account for the grout joints between each tile. To account for the recommended 10% overage for cutting, future repairs, dye lot and caliber consistency, we would recommend purchasing 550 pieces. To find out how many pieces you would need to order, you would need to divide the square footage of the space by the square footage per each. When doing this, ensure that you round up so you have enough pieces (50/0.1 = 500 pieces). To account for the extra recommended amount, you should add 10% to the square footage, and then divide that by the square footage per piece (55/0.1 = 550 pieces) If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652. Hope this helps!

A:  Hi Carrie, Looking through our collection of products, we feel that you’re referring to our Park Slope Subway Glossy Kiwi Green https://thd.co/2KW43bZ. While you could use our Twist and Park Slope together, these do not come from the same series. Since they do not come from the same series, the tones of kiwi green in these products might not match each other. In situations like this, we would recommend ordering one of each or case of both of these products, and see if they would coordinate together. Home Depot offers a 90-day return policy on all unused items returned in the full quantity they were sold. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652. Hope this helps!

A:  Hi Sally, For a space that covers 70 square feet, you would need to purchase a minimum of 700 tiles as each tile covers 0.1 square feet. This does not account for the grout joints between each tile. To account for the recommended 10% overage for cutting, future repairs, dye lot and caliber consistency, we would recommend purchasing 770 tiles. To find out how many tiles you would need to order, you would need to divide the square footage of the space by the square footage per each. When doing this, ensure that you round up so you have enough tiles (70/0.1 = 700 tiles). To account for the extra recommended amount, you should add 10% to the square footage, and then divide that by the square footage per sheet (77/0.1 = 770 tiles).
