A:  Hi Brendan, Unfortunately, we do not offer any tiles that come in the same shade of brown that our Vanity Cotto contains. However, we offer two tiles that offer similar color tones to the beige. Please keep in mind that these tiles do not come from the same series, so they will not be a perfect match. Our first suggestion is our Evasion Hueso https://thd.co/2W2wr3c. This field tile has a color tone that’s a mixture of the beige, and the off-white that’s featured in Vanity. Both of these tiles have some technical differences, which will limit the scope they can be used in together. Vanity Cotto is made of porcelain, has a PEI rating of 4, and can be used indoors or outdoors. Evasion Heuso is made of semi-vitreous ceramic, has a PEI rating of 3, and can only be used in indoor installations. Our other suggestion, which is a bit wilder than Evasion, is our Kite Gesso https://thd.co/2MdszHZ. Kite Gesso offers a picket shape format, which is sure to wow anybody who looks at it. This is made of porcelain, which is similar to Vanity Cotto, but it only has a PEI rating of 3 and has a offers a C.O.F. (Coefficient of Friction) rating of 0.5. A:  Hi WB, Our Vanity Cotto is currently sold as a case of 10 pieces, which covers 12.2 square feet. At this time, this is the only quantity that we are selling our Vanity Cotto as. Please keep in mind that we encourage ordering 10% more than your calculated amount to assure that you order enough tile to account for cutting, future repairs and dye lot and caliber consistency. Also, it is always great to have a couple extra laying around the house in the event of a future project or damages down the road. You can go to your local Home Depot and place a special order for this tile in the flooring department with a flooring associate. If you do this, your tile should ship within two business days. Please be advised that we cannot hold product, so we recommend that you order this ASAP if you want it. As for the porosity, this product is made of porcelain, which is typically dense and non-absorbent. After reviewing the customer comments about the tile’s porosity, we have a few tips and information that can help prevent this for your installation. They used the white version of this tile, so the light color could show a darker grout color that wasn’t cleaned properly. When placing grout, we recommend cleaning as you go; especially on contrasting colors (i.e. light grout and dark tile). It is much easier to clean the wet grout after it is laid than it is to clean it after it dries. Grout is a type of cement, so once it dries, it is difficult to remove. Grout haze remover can help, but it is not as successful as removing wet grout as you go when placing it. This tile is very durable and can be used in high traffic areas, including commercial spaces.
