The first suggestion comes in a larger format, and that’s the Mare Nostrum Provenzal Ibiza https://thd.co/2DluqIT. Both this and the Provenzale are made of porcelain and can be used on the floor or wall, indoors or outdoors. A main difference is the finish; the Provenzale Lantern has a matte finish whereas the Mare Nostrum has a glossy finish. The second suggestion comes in a smaller format, and that’s the Metro Lantern Matte White https://thd.co/2DFLtD0. This comes on a mosaic sheet containing 18 lanterns; each lantern is roughly 3”x3” in size. If you would like to determine if these tiles are right for you, we would recommend ordering a single piece of each. The Provenzale items are online-only items, however, the Jeffrey Court tile seems to be available in select stores. We offer samples of the Provenzale items, and recommend that you take the samples to the store that has stock of the Jeffrey Court item to compare. We offer samples of these tiles adhered to 4.5” x 5” sample cards, offering a color and texture sample, not a look at the whole tile. To see the whole tile, we recommend ordering a pack. Home Depot offers a 90-day return policy on all unused items returned in the full quantity that they are sold (for these, by the pack). Please note that variation in color, shade and texture are inherent characteristics of glass, glazed tile and stone. The actual material received may vary from this sample. The pattern, shape, dye lot (color) and size of the actual tile received may vary. A:  Hi Crystal, You can install these underneath a claw foot tub with confidence. This tile has 350 lb. break strength, which is similar to most other porcelain floor tiles. This does not mean that if you place an object on the tile that weighs 350 lbs. that it will break. This is found by a factory test that puts weight in one small point on the tile until the tile breaks. Even though this tile is strong enough, a tile is not strong without a proper subfloor. The mortar and adhesive used also contribute to the strength of the installation. Installing to an unleveled floor, with any installation, could result in cracking. Being as the tub, when filled with water and a person inside can get quite heavy, it is also best to assure that the joists and subfloor can support this type of weight. A:  Hi Laurie, This product does not come on a mesh backing. Each individual lantern is 8” x 8”. Sold as a pack of 4 lanterns, these cover 1.08 sq.ft. per pack. When placing an order, take the number of square feet you need to cover and divide it by the 1.08 per pack to decipher how many packs you need.
