      A:  There are two levels in the Freezer section of this Maytag French Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator. It isn't a shelf, but a drawer within the freezer section on top that will slide frontwards and backwards to allow you to access the bottom level. Thank you for viewing this Maytag home appliance.
