A:  The duct is slightly larger than 30 inches to allow it to fit over a 30 inch fan. It is the same diameter all the way across.

          A:  Hi Mitch, the 24" Pro Fan uses approximately 310 Watts on high, and the 30" fan uses 432 Watts. Please note, however, that these fans do not come with the collapsible duct and must be purchased separately.
