Q:The description says that a photocell turns light on and off and yet under the specs say no to dawn and dusk. This is a contradiction.

A: You are absolutely correct, this fixture did state that in the product overview but not in the specs. Just by looking at it, I can't even see why there would be a space allocated for a photocell. I can safely say that this, as well as its other fixtures in the collection don't have photocells included either.
