A: Hacksaw, bolt-cutters? It’s a padlock, not something you can request to reset a password. Sorry, couldn’t resist. You will probably have to drill a hole in the box lid and cut a window in the lid of the box. Good luck.

A: I would definitely call a couple or three locksmiths first, then do a youtube search for either picking a lock, or drilling one out to disable the locking mechanism. Hope you get it open!

A: Per the Master Lock website FAQ (https://www.masterlock.com/service-and-support/faqs/lost-keys-key-replacement), you'll need the key number to have replacement keys made. If you don't have that number, you may be able to get a locksmith to open the lock.

A: The Master Lock website indicates keys may be able to be made by a locksmith using an impression which most likely means they cannot be re-keyed.
