A:  I haven't seen THIS door, but all the prior ones (including the door I am about to replace due to rust) you remove the inside trim around the window (fake lites) and replace the one big window in the middle.. any glass company should be able to do this. Home Depot does not sell this glass part.

A:  I think grills means the things that make it look like little windows (called lites).. the trim (grill) is on the outside of the glass. the glass is one big piece. can't answer the other questions
