    A:  Hello Laura, the lower bore measurement is 45-7/8" from the center of the bore to the top of the door. There will be a 5-1/2" distance from that bore to the bore above that - center to center.

          Q:What is the advantage of the vinyl frame model 26097 over the wood frame model 26059? I am assuming there must be an advantage since it costs more.
