A: No, it will not fit as the smallest buckled size is 37 inches. My waist is 33-34 and the belt falls off over my hips.

A: Yes indeed, this will fit your waist size. I would say the range is from a 30 to 42. I'm a 36 and there's plenty of room for more ... or less.
