A:  Check with the store where it was purchased.  The screw may not be a special size for Moen, but a standard size.

A:  I doubt it, but I didn't to the install, so I cannot say for sure. Call/visit a store to ask.

A:  The best way is use a drill to make pilot holes in the wall, then screw in the fasteners. Or you may be able to use an awl to make shallow pilot holes then try the screws with a screwdriver.

A:  You could if your wall are wood..... If your walls are drywall.....your gonna need to use anchors, and they need a certain size hole drilled into the wall for them to work

A:  Yes, if you have some Sheetrock anchors the you can screw into the Sheetrock.

A:  There should be a little bracket that mounts to the wall. And the piece holding the loop fits over that. And then from underneath there is a little hex screw you can tighten. I don’t believe there is anyway to tighten the loop if that is what you were hoping to do. 

A:  Use a flat head screwdriver to pop off the fixture where it attaches to the wall. Tighten the screws on the screw plate, and pop the fixture back on.

A:  These usually come with a very small headed hex tool. Not sure why there wasn't one or if you didn't know what it was. If you visit Home Depot I believe they would be happy to help find one that works.
