Q:Is this intended to be the only shower head or an additional shower head? We want to replace our current shower head with a hand-held so we can rinse kids' hair and spray down our dog . . . don't want to have to break the tile wall so looking for something we instal in the current configuration. Will this work for our purposes? Thanks!

A: Hello ELM and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Twist 4-Spray Handheld Handshower with Slide Bar in Chrome can be installed in place of a shower head. You will need a drop ell part A726 to install the unit and the unit will require the slide bar to be drilled into your tile. Another suggest would be to purchase our Magnetix handheld either model 26000 or 26603 which would be screwed onto your existing shower arm. We have a remote dock part 186117 that can be installed onto the wall with either a permanent waterproof adhesive or drilled with two screws.
