A:  The back of my faucet is about 2 inches from the backsplash. The handle only sticks back about one half inch farther when changing either temperature or flow rate than it does in the off position. So unless the back of your faucet is within half an inch of the backsplash, you shouldn't have a problem with it hitting the backsplash.

A:  You can mount the faucet with the handle on the left, front or right as it is in the picture, if you mount it with the handle in the front facing you, the lever will swing left for hot and swing right for cold

A:  the picture of this product is not accurate as the directional handle is located in the front of the faucet and in no way could it hit your backsplash. The handle turns 90 degrees and the neck o0f the faucet turns 360 degrees.

A:  Mine is all one color

A:  Well I guess I had to check mine! No mine doesn’t lock either. You have to push for the power wash option. I guess since I don’t use it that much I never thought much about it or needed the locking capability but that would be a good option!

A:  Unfortunately, mine doesn't lock into place either. I'm sure they figure that if you're pulling it down, then you're holding on to it anyway. Of course it would be handy if you could lock in spray mode, leaving both hands free to handle the dishes while rinsing them. I suspect that sometimes engineers don't actually use the products they design.

The 5995ORB spray wand button must be continuously pressed for the spray option; the spray wand on the Arbor kitchen faucet does not have be continuously pressed for spray, and will revert to stream function when the water is turned off. A:  My bar faucet spray wand is also plastic. Nothing to worry about though. While parts or faucets may fail over time, that is the reason to choose Moen products. My experience has been that Moen will make good on any problems you may encounter, at any time in the life of your faucet.

The Moen Arbor Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Bar Faucet Featuring Reflex in Spot Resist Stainless does have a screen washer at the end of the spray wand where it is screwed onto the pull down hose. We would suggest to pull the hose down. To prevent the hose from accidentally retracting back into the goose neck spout, tie a cloth or large plastic bag around the hose. With pliers hold the metal collar at the end of the hose, use your hand to unscrew the wand. There will be a screen washer at the threaded end of the wand. Gently pry the screen washer from the wand. Rinse the screen washer under water to rinse away any debris that might be built up on the screen. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call us at 800-289-6636. A:  We have been using our faucet since the middle of April 2018. No problems so far. However, according to the 6-page paper I saved from the packaging, if you experience irregular water flow you should follow steps (A) through (D), which are shown in pictures on pages 4 & 5 of the paper. I will take a picture of the pages with my cell to show you, but I will give you the words, as well, in case I have trouble uploading the pics to this message: -Unscrew Pull-down Hose from Spray Wand and remove screen and o-ring. -Rinse debris from screen. -Reinstall screen and o-ring as shown. Thread Pull-down Hose onto Spray Wand and tighten as shown in picture 11; do not over tighten. -Recheck water flow.
