A: This is not a recommended use for this magnet disc as it would not be strong enough for barn style doors. Part 96464 (Master Magnet 25 lb. Pull Latch Magnets) would be appropriate for your application.

A: It would increase. It would not multiply (not 4 times stronger if four stacked), but it would increase.

A: Yes the thicker the magnet the stronger so it would be stronger stacking the three magnets in the pack. It would not increase the Gauss it would increase strength due to more magnet mass.
