A:  I would not recommend this approach and instead would suggest using a hand shear (such as DeWalt or Wiss Straight-Cut Snips)

A:  Absolutely! I loved the shape but wanted it in gold so all I did was spray paint it...I love it more now!

A:  In my opinion? No. It is aluminum that has a black enamel paint. When I cut pieces to fit, I could see the aluminum edge. I suspect If you subjected it do either flames or extreme heat, he would see a bubbling up of the paint. Sorry.

A:  I have no idea how much material has been stamped out. I used my lincane sheet for a radiator cover and it works fine for that purpose. I do not think this will be suitable for an hvac return.
