Q:Specs on top of says up to 6000 lumens, then below says 180 lumens. Which is it? I'd be really impressed getting 6000 lumens from a 1.5w fixture. :-)
A: Yes, select replacement parts are available. We would need to know the part you needed and the manufacture date located on the inside of the fixture.

A: This is a wall-mounted fixtures. They have the same fixture in a ceiling mounted option. I’m not sure if it’s offerd at HD. However this could be easily converted into a ceiling mounted fixture depending upon the application. Use 3/4” KO drill into to the very middle in the top of fixture. Get a cover for your junction box with a three-quarter knockouts using his leve get a cover for your junction box with the three-quarter knock out and use a close threaded nipple.

A: This a UL listed fixture. The engineer on the job should have a photometrics plan showing the foot candles. Based on that he would be able to determine whether or not this is adequate to meet there designs. Being code compliant does not always match the owners intent.

A: If I am not mistaken in NYC the lights have to be connected to the fire alarm.
I really did not explore this option nor did I see it when I read the instructions
