A: You can do an internet search for this topic and get some good info. I'll try to put a link below but not sure this site will allow that.
Just in case, the summary I gathered (do your own search too) was:
1) The "90 deg" is temp rating (in Celcius!) for the wire insulation, not the wire.
2) Most houses older than ~68 are probably only 60 degree rating unless they have been re-wired since.
3) To confirm, look for stamping on the insulator of NM-B, where "B" is the important part.

I installed 2 of these in different rooms in the past few years, and very happy. My house is only 20 years old, so good.

A: Its 3000k, but does not list the lumens. As I said in my review, it is brighter than two 100 watt standard bulbs if that helps you.
