        A:  This isn't the type of thing that you'll be able to find parts for. It's $79 for fixture, dual voltage ballast, both circle line lamps and diffuser. Unless you speak Chinese and want to spend a few hours on alibaba (only to find that the minimum order is 10,000) I suggest that you "improvise and overcome" or buy another and be careful this time.

            A:  Look on the packages of the circle line 40 lamps that are available locally. One of them will usually have directions and pictures.
