              A:  This is a flux core welding wire, so tensile strength will be very low.

                A:  The tensile strength is 70,000.  It carries  American Welding Society classification E71T-11.  The E means Electrode.  7 = 70,000 tensile 1 - all positions T - Tubular  11 - general purpose

                        A:  Ummmm, it’s FLUX CORE so definitely can NOT be used with gas shielding. Perhaps you should hire an actual welder for your project….
