Q:Bullets at top of the page say weight capacity is 35 lbs. Product specs say 10 lbs. Which is correct?

A: It could support 35 lbs if items on hooks are distributed across hooks. Wouldn't put more than 10 lbs on one hook.

Q:My door is just a hair thicker than 1 3/4" thick. Other hangers have too small an inside dimension.

A: No, your door is too thick. By my measurements the maximum width accommodation is approximately 1 ¾ inches.

A: I checked the thickness of my door and the over door hooks. Unfortunately, it looks like the max thickness would be 1 1/2”.

A: We thank you for your interest in our product. This Over-the-Door Hook will fit on a door up to 40mm. I do apologize, It will not fit over your 1-7/8" door,
