Q:All my holes line up perfectly with old hinges, but new hinge cabinets overlap each other and I have a huge gap on hinge side where I can see inside cabinet. Why is this?

Q:My old hinges only have 2 screw holes inside, would I be able to use these and just leave the third hole empty? Everything else lines up sizewise.

A: Yes, I just fill in the extra holes. You should try and get the same ones you have. My cabinets are light weight, if you have new cabinets, you need to use the ones that are there.

A: Yes, but you may have better results by also using the 3rd hole as long as the cabinet door is thick enough to support the screw. It will provide added stability
