A:  Great question! No, the Brushed Black Nickel is a new color we introduced last year and is made from real cast metal. The magnesium wall plate is made from plastic and is color matched to the magnesium devices. The magnesium wall plate is still available but is currently not on homedepot.com in this configuration. It can be ordered through your local store, model number AWP1G3MG4.

The adorne 1-Gang+ Wall Plate is perfectly sized to fit three Half-Size USB Outlets, a Standard Outlet paired with a Half-Size USB Outlet, some adorne Switches with a half-size device, and all Dimmer switches with a half-size blank.
