Q:When I plug it in and turn the power on, the fan does not start to turn. Then the temperature reading cuts in and out. At the same time the light on the power cord transformer goes out and then goes back on. This continues until I shut the unit off.

Answer This Question

A:  The AC adapter is not functioning properly if the green light shuts off. You would have to replace the AC adapter. Please try plugging the cooler into 12v with the 12v cord that comes with the cooler and if it functions properly then you need a new AC adapter.Please contact customer service for assistance.
