A:  I don't know but one thing you can try is to find a combination of chrome and brass towel bar on the Home Depot site search box. Also, if you can't find one to compliment these fixtures, you can look for towel bars in each type and then combine them to be a mixed look set. It costs more but you would have the color scheme matched. I think it's easier to keep these sink fixtures clean than just plain chrome or plain brass.

A:  You could do a test to verify that it is measuring 1.2 gallon per minute (this is a federal regulation). If it is not flowing sufficiently these are the most common issues. 1-check for kinks in you supply lines. 2- remove aerator and check that it is clean.

A:  Change the spout. The little round thing where the water comes out. Buy one at a plumbing store without the water restrictor. Otherwise it is useless.

A:  When I replaced my faucet, it worked perfectly. The flow rate (water out of faucet) was less than the prior faucet. However, there are four issues that influence the rate of flow: 1) the pipes under your house 2) the on/off valve under the sink 3) the service lines from the valves to the faucet 4) the faucet itself (restrictor) All of these need to be checked carefully, yet if #2 and #3 above were installed new when the faucet was installed, then your faucet change probably reduced the flow of what you had prior and the 1.2 GPM flow is a shock as ALL WATER FLOWS in all residential fixtures have been reduced via residential code. Example: toilets used to have 13 gallons flush; now they only sell 1.5 gallon tanks. Same type reduction with faucets; 1.2 GPM is the norm today; I would wager that your old faucet allowed a much greater flow and the change you're experiencing is noticeable (and annoying). The good news is that you will get used to it; you'll have to. With all that said, this faucet operates very well and looks very classy (for the price). Have a nice Mother's Day!

A:  Everything is solid metal and pretty heavy. I was actually surprised at how heavy these faucets are.

A:  Hi Olive, the chrome is really metal and not plastic. This faucet is very pretty and works well. The quality is not as good as some other manufacturers, but the price is reasonable for the quality. I like mine and would buy it again. Hope this helps.

A:  I tend to over-tighten water connections, which destroyed the rubber washer in the top of the tee fitting. I had a rubber washer assortment from the hardware store so trimmed one down to fit and then used teflon tape on all fitting connections as well (ignore their poor instructions). That fixed my leaking issues.
