Answer This Question
A: I would think that anything up to a 20 gallon stockpot work real well. So far I have used a 15 gallon pot two thirds full of oil with 18 pounds of stuff to fry. So the roughly 100 pounds of load didn't seem to affect it all. Just make sure you have an a level hard surface to put it on and remember never under a carport or in a garage or outside within 10 feet of the building. This thing throws some serious heat.
