Q:Is This Really Only a "10 psi" working pressure rated Brass Needle Valve ??? ALSO it States "Designed for use in high or low pressure installations" What is the ACTUAL Working Pressure of this Brass Needle Valve ??

A: I kept running into this issue as well. I believe the "10psi" rating is more like a maximum pressure *drop* rating, as I have seen other brass valves rated at 1/2PSI, but have a 600PSI "WOG" rating. Idk why this is kept like some kind of mystery.

A: A needle valve is simply a switch for gas in this case, much like a switch for electricity. A regulator generally ensures that gas is a constant pressure or at a given flow rate. A needle valve and a regulator serve two completely different functions.
