A:  After taking the rest of the packaging off the fountain, I can see that the urn is concrete. However, while the urn portion does appear to be made of"light concrete", the base is most definitely made of plastic/resin.

A:  This is made from durable and weather resistant light concrete.

A:  pump is 120 volt 11 watt and a flow rate of 198 gph. 10 foot cord.

A:  Almost 4 gallons; I use distilled water that I buy by the gallon, so easy to judge the amount to put in the fountain. (I think instructions for set up say "about" 3.6 gallons.)

A:  The pump is attached to a rubber hose at the base of the fountain that extends to the reservoir.

A:  Hi Vidy. Thank you for your question. The pump goes into the base of the unit which holds the water. Take a look at the installation picture on the second page of the installation manual: http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfImages/d0/d01bccbf-64cc-404a-a56a-a336d3d63419.pdf The rubber hose comes out of the bottom of the fountain body. After you attach the fountain base, the pump will attach to the hose in Step 2. The picture in step three just shows the fountain base. Use 3.6 gallons of distilled water so that it will completely cover the pump once the upper body and fountain pump are put back onto the fountain base.
