A: The shade has a standard top, so I suppose replacement is possible. The height must be the same as the shade provided so the lamp can go over the swing arm.

A: The shade is replaceable but we do not have any at the moment and it will be at least 4 months out or longer before come in.

Q:I ordered this lamp and 3-way bulb but 3-way bulb doesn't work. It looks like it uses a single use bulb. Did anyone else encounter this situation? or am I doing something wrong. Thanks.

A: no it uses a 3 way bulb. Give the bulb an extra turn or 2 to make a good connection.

A: the packaging states it is fabric , but I think the "fabric" is just on the outside of a paper laminated shade. The inside appears to be a coated shiny finish and the outside has some texture with gold threads running through it.
