A:  Hi Bob, Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, our KPF-2230 offers a 360 degree swivel and can have the handle installed in the front without compromising the mobility. Our KPF-2230 also includes a 10" deck plate that can be used to cover any existing holes. However, the spray head is attached to the hose / faucet and would not be used in the soap dispenser hole. A:  I dont see why you couldnt mount the handle to face the front. As for the holes my sink was the same way (3 holes and a forth for the sprayer) and the plate covers all the holes and the soap holder will fit in the sprayer hole. The sink i installed this on was the homes original sink from the 70's. A month later i decided to upgrade the sink and it fit on both sinks very well.
