A:  No, this faucet doesn't include a deck plate.

While our KPF-1621 Single-Handle High Arc Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Dual-Function Sprayer does not include a deck plate, we do have deck plates available separately in a variety of finishes (Chrome, Stainless Steel and also Matte Black).         A:  Does not come with a deck plate, it is not needed. My sink also is a 4 hole but I have a hand soap dispenser, filtered water dispenser and the dishwasher vent with the faucet. The faucet neck is what swivels and the spray head with the hose is my favorite part of this faucet. Very powerful stream.
