A:  Joan, Thank you for reaching out, we recommend the following cleaning methods and products below. GENERAL CLEANING To prevent water spots, clouding, and discoloration, rinse and wipe the inside of the sink with a microfiber cleaning cloth after every use. For a more thorough cleaning, use water and a mild liquid soap detergent (ammonia-free). Apply the cleaner with a soft sponge or nylon brush and scrub in circular motions. Remember to thoroughly wash away any extra soap left behind after cleaning. HARD WATER SOLUTIONS & DEEP CLEANING To prevent mineral deposits from forming on the sink in areas with hard water, rinse the inside of the sink and wipe it with a microfiber cleaning cloth after every use. Make sure to follow the cleaning instructions provided by the product’s manufacturer. A:  Thank you for reaching out, this model sink comes with a cutout template with the proper cutout dimensions. Every model sink has unique cutout dimensions that are required, and this is due to the length, width, and corner radius. Because of this, each sink has a unique cutout that is not shared by other model sinks. A:  Hi Mountainman7777, Our Model # KGU-413B is an undermount sink that does not offer a workstation ledge or design.

A:  Hi Andrea, That is a great question and I can answer that for you. This model sink can be installed into a butcher block however the sink has a maximum deck thickness rating of 1 1/2" for top mounts to be installed properly. A:  Hello Suze, Thank you for your interest in our kitchen sink! I can answer your inquiry. Our sinks are best suited for solid surface counter top materials like granite, soapstone, marble, or concrete. Not well suited for laminate or tile counters, which have too many weak points along seams and grout lines to support the weight of the sink and is not recommended. Also, this sink is rated for up to 650 degrees Fahrenheit and it is not recommended to put items directly from a stove into the sink as the temps could exceed that limit and damage the sink.
