We do offer a Wall mount faucet, however it is only the handles; you would need to purchase your tub spout and shower head set-up separately. We could recommend K-T14429-4-CP (lever handles) or K-T14429-3-CP (cross handles) which is the Purist deck-or wall-mount bath valve trim handles. The valve for this trim is purchased separately. The model of valve we require to be used is either K-300-K/-KR (1/2” ceramic high-flow valve system) KR version has rigid connections; K-301-K (3/4” ceramic high flow valve system) or K-302 (1/2” ceramic in wall 2-handle valve system). As far as where this faucet is manufactured: Kohler Co is a global company, and manages manufacturing facilities in countries all over the world. Almost all KOHLER products have multiple parts; each part has the ability to come from a different facility or vendor from around the world. Faucets do not have the marking because the numerous components are sourced from various countries on various days, and tracking would be insurmountable. Kohler currently does not offer a listing of faucet products that comply with the United States Buy American Act.
