Q:Where can I find an owners manual? I need to dissemble the spray head and fix/replace a washer.

A:  Hello Steve, this is Keisha with Kohler Co. I am happy to address your question. To remove the sprayhead you would pull it out of the spout and unscrew the sprayhead from the chrome piece on the back of the head that is attached to the hose. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

          Q:How do you replace a set screw that appears to be stripped?

          A:  Hello Janice, this is Keisha with Kohler Co. I would be happy to answer your question. To remove the stripped set screw you would drill into it and drill it back out.
