A:  Hi Jessica, I spoke to KOHLER customer service today and she told me this model does NOT swivel at the base at the escutcheon. I throw my hands up! If you are a product expert, why am I getting 2 different answers?

A:  Hi Vicky, I have the model Kohler misto r72510. It DOES NOT SWIVEL at the base. Only the pull-out will turn. I have spent the last 8 yrs trying to figure this out. Kohler customer service says this model does not swivel at the base. Good Luck!
