A:  If by "stem" you are referring to the main body of the fixture from which the spout extends, then yes it does swivel. The fixture can be used with (3-hole install) or without (1-hole install) the deck plate, and in either install scenario the spout section will swivel.

A:  Per the spec sheets, the "K" has a few features that the "K-R" does not: - Built-in water filter (which is most likely just a screen) - Supply lines are included in the package (not included with the K-R) - Lifetime Limited Warranty (the K-R is 1 year) - Assembled depth of 12.25" (the K-R is 11.8125")

A:  Check the finish. Some faucets are more expensive based on the finish. Sometimes they charge different prices online than in the store.
