The 702011-L-SH shower door has a thick seal that is installed inside the strike jamb which in turn holds the door secure when closed. A:  Hi Bulldog, This door will not work for your application. What you will need is a custom made door to fit your specifications. The kitchen and bath designer at your local Home Depot will be able to assist you in choosing the door that best suits your needs. Be sure to take accurate measurements, a picture of the room will help. We have two manufacturers who build custom doors. Both are excellent. Our designer can give you a quote on the cost. A:  Hi Greg, This door will fit an opening 33 to 36 inches wide. Thus if your opening is 34.5 inches this door will work. Just make sure you have the proper opening height. Mike, The Home Depot Answer Man
