Q:We need to replace seat on Kohler Low Profile One Piece commode in black purchased in 1993. I think the bowl is more round than elongated. Could you please suggest a seat that would fit best?

A: As far as i know there are two main types of seat shapes. The round for standard toilet bowls and the elongated for the, well, elongated bowls. If your camode is a non standard model i would suggest looking up the mfgr online and seeing what they make.

Q:The seat has been fastened and is tight but, it has play in the hinge. It moves left and right with just the top up and with the seat and top up! Has anyone had this happen?

A: no, but i love this toilet seat and it is the only one that has not cracked, moved, shifted, hope helps. i have had mine for years and glad to know it is still available. going to order a backup
