        Q:The flexible hoses kink up when connected to the valves and hidden in the base. They see too long. Will I have a water flow problem when I connect to the water supply and turn it on?

        A:  Hi BAF, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I'm glad to address your question. When a supply line is too long, we suggest looping the line. A zip tie can be helpful in keeping the loop from separating. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

          A:  Yes, you will have too little flow. I am very disappointed with the one I just installed, for the very reasons you mention. Tubing too small diameter and too long and kink easily. Return it before you install it. I will not be buying from Kohler any more.

          A:  Yes but it does not fit the bedit.They change the the plumbing . Iam not a plumper .When we contacted Kohler they said it will not fit because they changed the plumbing.Homes Depot is great,but Kohler is not worthy to be with Home Depot.
