If the sink is installed per the install instructions, it will drain properly. The problem usually comes in where the drain piping is pushing up on the bottom of the sink. Since it is stainless steel, it causes the bottom of the sink to flex up. The disposal flange kit 11352-*, depending on which finish you are going with. We offer this flange kit in Polished Chrome (CP), Brushed Chrome (G), Polished Brass (PB), Brushed Nickel (BN), Brushed Stainless (BS), Vibrant Brushed Bronze (BV) or Oil-Rubbed Bronze (2BZ).
