A: This sink is 18 inches from back to front on the top, but it is meant to sit on the countertop. Probably best to replace countertop also, that's what I did.
A: I just measured right in the middle and it is 18.25", so not much overlap. I would want some blocking in the front and back, just in case, and a really good bead of silicone. I love the sinks.
A: Yes. The front to back is going to be close, but the sink should cover the entire hole.
A: Hi Lisa, this is Keisha with Kohler Co. I would be happy to assist with your question. To ensure the Cimarron sink will fit your current cut out, we would advise to contact our Literature Team at 1-920-803-3985 to obtain the cut out template to place over your existing hole. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
A: I bought my Kohler Cimarron Sink about three years ago, and I did not participate in the actual installation; instead, I relied on the plumber who was involved in all the plumbing activities in the building of our house to do the installation. I recall him asking me if I wanted the sink to be seated in a bed of caulk around the rim, and I replied that I did. Otherwise, there would have been nothing to hold it firmly in place except the weight of the sink itself. I do not recall it being sold with any mounting hardware. As a drop-in piece, I believe it is to be secured simply by fitting into the hole cut in the vanity, and additional security to be provided by adhesive caulk or a similar product, if desired.
A: A template is included so you can trace the necessary cut out shape onto the countertop. There is no mounting hardware required. Using a thin line of caulking (not included) between the sink itself and the countertop would be recommended. Nice unit and we are very pleased with it.
A: Hi, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist you with your question. Mounting hardware is not required to install this sink. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
A: This item does not need mounting hardware. You install it using caulk or glue which is not included. Love these sinks and they look awesome once installed
A: I think so. Been a couple years, but I don't recall having to buy any special hardware. I believe it was just seated with silicon caulk which in not included. It is a nice looking sink compared to its' 2 predecessors!
A: Mounting hardware as in faucet and drain? No, you pick your own to suit your taste. Drain hardware comes with the faucet. This is just the sink. You set it in and apply silicone caulk.
A: Hi DarthOli, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I'm glad to answer your question. The sink hole for a faucet is predrilled in the Cimarron sink. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
A: I may not be absolutely sure what you are asking regarding the hole drilling. I mounted my sink into a granite countertop and the cutout was the full sink perimeter which allowed about a one inch overlap of the sink onto the top of the granite. That let the faucet mount directly to the sink and not be influenced by type or thickness of the countertop.

A: Hi, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist you with your question. The true colors cannot be determined with computer photos. We suggest taking the bolt caps from the base of your toilet along with you when you go shopping so you can match them with the sink you want. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.
A: No, does not come with drain hardware. Generally that comes with the faucet.
A: This is the sink only. You have to buy the drain and faucets separately. Looks awesome once installed. I bought two and could not be happier with the purchase
A: No the drain & stopped will typically come with the faucet you choose to match with this. The U tube assembly from your previous sink/faucet should work with your new sink & faucet set up.
A: Yes, it comes with a push button drain.
A: Hi, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist you with your question. The drain is a separate purchase; it is often included with the faucet. Thank you for choosing KOHLER
A: If your Apron front is on the sink only, and not a cut out in the cabinetry; i.e., if the cabinet has a front and a top edge. The Cimarron is strictly a drop in sink where there is a front edge to the counter top as well as to the cabinet. It is a lovely sink.
A: Renee, my name is Jessica with Kohler Customer Service. I am happy to assist with your inquiry. K-K-2351-4-0 is a drop in sink and would not be able to cover the front of a cabinet where an apron front would have been installed. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.
A: Not if the vanity is cut out in the front.
