Q:I purchased my home about a year ago and was told the fixtures were fairly new and were not cheap! I did my research and this is what I have the water is dripping like crazy and cant seem to disassemble handles to at least change the washers!! Also the tub handle keeps falling off as well Please help I don not want to replace because I have all matching items in the bathroom,

              Q:what is the difference between Kohler Model # K-16104-4A-CP and Kohler Model # K-16102-4A-CP

              A:  Thank you for your inquiry. The K16104-4A-CP is meant for use in a commercial setting, there appears to be a lift rod on the spout but there isn't any function to it (it is there more for appearance). Whereas the K16102-4A-CP lift rod is operational - if you wanted to stop up your sink to fill it with water, you would be able to with the K16102-4A-CP but not the K16104-4A-CP.
