A: Hi Alex, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I'm glad to address your question. Kohler Co. has manufacturing facilities on five continents. Faucets boxes are not marked with a country of origin due to the numerous components that may be sourced from various countries on various days; this makes tracking components insurmountable. All products are manufactured to the same high quality standards, regardless of the location of the facility where it was created. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

A: Hi, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist you with your question. The Flipside showerhead is compatible with any shower arm which has a 1/2-14 NPT connection. The handle trim kit to turn the shower on and off is a personal choice; there is no required handle trim kit and valve. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.

A: The shower handle is irrelevant. We have "lever handles". The shower head is turned by hand. By the way, our grandkids and their parents love the one we also put on the guest for them.

A: I don't know. I use it just the way it came. It can be flipped while the water is running to change the spray. But is not hand held.
