A:  No, the faucet does not come with the drainage hole cover.

The height of the K-14402-4-BGD (Low spout) is only 2-1/2” in height from base to outlet. If you sink is 6” in height, the K-14404-4-BGD (High spout) may be best as the height from base to outlet is 6-1/2” tall. That does only leaves you with ½”.
