A:  I too was disappointed in the water pressure. I removed the spout and brought the water regulator cartridge, that is in the unit, to a top notch commercial plumbing supply company (not HomeDepot) and they said the low water volume was due to the manufacturer installed water restricted and filter (screen) cartridge. I was told there was no replacement cartridge for the faucet that would allow higher water volume. I'm also sorry that you have leakage. My unit does not have the same problem.

A:  I had the older version of this faucet. After my town flushed the town pipes, this faucet started leaking. I think it was particles in the water. I replaced the o ring, and that helped, but over time it got worse. I replaced it with the new version and have had no further problems. I like the design, and I would buy it again.

A:  Hi, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist you with your question. Use a rubber grip pad used for opening jars to grasp the aerator and unscrew it to the right or counter-clockwise. If the piece will not move, soaking the end of the spout with cloths drenched with a 50/50 white vinegar/water solution will dissolve mineral deposits. Screw the aerator back on clockwise. A:  You twist the flared end part of the spout (you may need a cloth to to grab it). Turn it counterclockwise to unscrew it from the main spout. You will see the aerator inside the small part that should be in your hand. Simply push out the existing aerator to replace it then screw the end piece back into the main spout.

A:  Unscrew it and replace. Easy.

A:  No idea what you would need for a farm sink. It's a faucet.
