Q:How to fix scratches on frame One of my doors delivered has a few scratches on the bottom right of one door. I don't want to return this and order another one since this is the only issue. Is there anyway to touch up this?

Please call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-456-4537 (M-F, 8am-5pm CST) so we may order a new door panel for you. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.

                    Q:What is the bottom track like? Installation: how does it attach to tub (drill holes, adhesive bond, or ?). What is its shape - and how does this affect cleanliness (does shape allow water to collect in it, how easy to keep clean?) and leakage (does shape encourage water to roll back into tub?) When correctly installed, is there any remaining gap between the bottom of the glass door and the bottom track or tub threshold – or is it fully enclosed so water can only run back into the tub?

                      A:  Our’s was attached, it appears, using silicone adhesive to top of tub.

The design of the bottom track directs water back into the bath. It is not fully enclosed; however, it is designed so water does not exit the bath. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.
