The Groove shower base, model 9949-47 has a slight texture to the base. It is not considered "slip resistant" like you would find on a cast iron enamel base. I apologize but all of our Kohler shower bases are tile down only application so we do not have wall surrounds to go with them. The specs of the drain position are 9/16" from the wall to the center of the drain and then 16 13/16" to the centerline from the front of the receptor. A:  Thank you for your inquiry - I do apologize but no, the drain covers are not include with the shower pan. The two different options for the drain covers are either the K9330-SH (aluminum) or K9334-NA.
