A: The Small CleanFlow will freeze in below freezing temperatures. We recommend purchasing the K&H Thermal-Bowl (available in 4 sizes) to keep just water from freezing, or the Thermo-Kitty Café that will keep both water and food from freezing

Q:Do I need to plug this in to somet something in order to replenish water. I don't understand system.

A: The CleanFlow is a water filtration system that features a UL listed pump. In order for the system to filter the water, the pump does need to be plugged into an electrical outlet. The pump will circulate the water through a charcoal infused filter, removing impurities, keeping your pet's water much cleaner than a standard water bowl. The water reservoir needs to be filled manually.
